Welcome to Bead Lot! We strive to provide the most affordable shipping options for our fellow Canadian makers. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms regarding our shipping methods.
1. Economy & Standard Lettermail Shipping (Untracked)
To keep your costs low, we offer untracked Lettermail for smaller orders (gemstone strands, charms, and small findings).

No Tracking: These orders are sent as regular mail. There is no tracking number provided.

Delivery Window: Please allow 5–15 business days for delivery.

Delivery Location: Your order will arrive in your regular daily mailbox (not at your doorstep like a courier).

Eligibility: Only orders weighing under 350g qualify for this rate.
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
2. Tracked Shipping (Stallion Express)
If you want tracked insured shipping and like to monitor their journey, please select our Tracked Shipping option at checkout.

Fully Tracked: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Insurance: These packages are insured up to $100 CAD.

Delivery Window: Typically arrives within 4–9 business days.
- Order Processing Time: 2-5Â business days.
2. Tracked Shipping Canada Post, Purolator or UPS
If you want FAST, TRACKED AND INSURED Shipping and like to monitor their journey, please select our Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Purolator Tracked Shipping option at checkout.

Fully Tracked: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Insurance: These packages are insured up to $100 CAD.

Delivery Window: Typically arrives within1-5Â business days.

How long does it take before my order is processed?
Order processing takes 1-2 business days. (Monday to Friday) for Canada Expedited Parcel Order
Order Processing takes 3-5 business days. (Monday to Friday) for Stallion Express Canada Post Expedited and ICS Ground.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do. We offer free shipping Canada Post or UPS (with tracking) on orders over $150 before taxes. (Valid all of Canada)Â
How are shipping charges calculated?
All charges are automatically calculated based on the weight of your order and shipping destination. (Purolator, Canada Post, DHL or UPS Rates)
When will I receive tracking information on my online order?
Once the order is processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please visit Canada post website to check status. Please note tracking is only available if you select that shipping option upon checkout. Lettermail does not have tracking or insurance.Â
Mail Policy: Once the order has been dispatched; it is the responsibility of the selected shipping courier to deliver the item. Please note Bead Lot is not responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed orders. Please contact us if you have any problems, we will assist you by providing you the tracking information to start a claim with the shipping provider.Â
Shipping Policies: The customer is responsible for providing accurate address. Our system generates shipping labels based on the information the customer has provided on the order. If Canada Post is be unable to deliver items due to incorrect address the parcel will be returned to the sender. Please note: If a new shipping label needs to be generated to resend an order with updated address the customer will be charged for any additional shipping fees outstanding. Bead Lot is not responsible for additional shipping fees and lost or stolen items.Â
Please note: If you choose standard shipping to USA; that service does not include parcel tracking or insurance. If you would like tracking and insurance please select that upon checkout. Bead Lot can not be held liable for any orders shipped via untracked shipping method.
Customs/Duties:
Please note Bead Lot is not responsible for any customs or duty charges on international orders. It is the responsibility of the purchaser/buyer to pay any applicable charges.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Lettermail: Because this service is untracked, we cannot provide real-time updates. If your order has not arrived after 20 business days, please contact us.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
