Returns & Refunds Policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the date of purchase of your item to request a return. We accept returns for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. No open packages or strands will be accepted. All Jewelry, Clearance and Sale Items are Final Sale. We also require the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, once the return request has been approved. There will also be a 25% restocking fee on approved returns.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, you will need to send back items at your own expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Bead Lot cannot be held responsible for color variations on natural stone products. Since stone is a natural product there will be variation in its tone, texture and color. Each batch may vary. No return will be accepted for color variances.
If you cancel an order before it has shipped there will still be a 25% restocking fee for canceling prepared orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note Bead Lot is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. Once the order has dispatched it is the responsibility of the shipping courier. We will get in contact with the shipping provider to start a claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or jewelry items), clearance and sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We do not offer refunds, we only provide store credit on returns.
